2. Order Confirmation

Once we receive your request, we confirm all the details with you. After agreement, we prepare your order immediately for processing.

3. Express & Emergency Delivery

We have a dedicated fleet reserved for Express Delivery, designed for urgent and time-sensitive orders.

Express orders are delivered within 20 minutes for customers who pay in advance.
This service includes an additional fee of 25% of the total order amount, payable upon delivery.

4. Free Bottle Pickup

If we don’t have your preferred bottle type at our fulfillment center, we will pick up your empty bottle from your location at no extra charge, refill it, and deliver it back to you.

5. Now Serving Eldoret Kapsoya & Elgon areas

We are proud to now offer delivery services in Kapsoya and Elgon. More areas coming soon as we continue to expand our reach!

6. Ongoing Customer Support

Our support team is always available to assist you with updates, changes, or special requests.
